Site work for a water / sewer project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major items of work include: Rehabilitation of one 300,000-gallon galvanized Bolted Ground Storage Tank #2 and one 5,000-gallon Hydro Tank #1 each tank requires removal of existing interior coating and application of a new three coat epoxy coating system; sand blasting interior of both tanks; spot priming of localized exterior tanks and appurtenance corrosion; application of an epoxy overcoat. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Lake Conroe Hill MUD in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
