Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids for MODULAR BUILDING RELOCATION SERVICES for three (3) modular buildings currently located at the Tyler Nature Center as per the attached specifications. Contractor shall provide all permits, route inspections, police escorts, barricades, and/or flagmen as required by law for building relocations. Contractor shall provide copies of permits and route inspections to TPWD, if requested. Contractor is authorized to begin work upon Notice of Award with all Buildings removed from the TNC site by October 25, 2021. All services for the project to be completed by November 30, 2021. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
