Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Beaumont, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 30,233-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The City of Beaumont is requesting bids for furnishing all labor, supervision, and equipment to complete the asbestos abatement, demolition, and debris removal of the structure in Beaumont, Texas located at 2600 Girolamo, Beaumont, Texas 77703. Work shall be in accordance with the technical specifications. This contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete all work as specified herein and indicated in the bid specifications. All structures on the premises shall be demolished and hauled off site to an approved licensed landfill. Remove all building foundations/slabs, and sidewalks EXCEPT City sidewalks. Take care not to damage City sidewalks. Contractor shall be responsible for any costs for repairing any damage done to sidewalks or streets during the project. Leave all parking lots, driveways, and circle drive. Remove all wooden fence and posts but leave chain link fence. Remove flag pole in front and the location marked with an identification device.
