MBE, DBE, WBE, SBE, DVB In general, project work includes renovating Wood Hall Rooms 114 and 118 through new computing and electronic display equipment installation, architectural finishes replacement, redistribution and expansion of electrical power and telecommunications; accommodating new equipment and room configurations through the adjustment, relocation, and/or replacement of electrical lighting controls and fixtures and ventilation system distribution throughout each room; and incorporating a new glass panel or partition wall system installation along themain-circulation corridor partition walls to allow public visibility The new Financial Trading Laboratory (Room 114) will be a technology-rich environment with computing equipment and electronic displays inside the room and along the corridor walls, facing the public circulation. The space will be equipped to allow students to simulate live virtual professional stock and commodities trading, collaborative team portfolio construction and management techniques, and associated business analysis activities. The new Personal Financial Planning (PFP) Laboratory (Room 118) will focus on individual students needing assistance and creating personal finance strategies for them. This space will also house a computing study laboratory for PFP students, the CSB Phoenix Finances Fly peer-to-peer counseling office, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
