Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is advertising an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for construction of a 12,000 SF masonry building consisting of approximately 9,132 SF of warehouse space and 2,868 SF of office space including foundation, structural elements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage elements, miscellaneous finishes, and architectural features; development of a 7.3 acre site by constructing 2.9 acres of site grading, paving, site lighting, fencing, and utilities, including water, wastewater, and a storm sewer system; and construction of ancillary infrastructure such as parking, generator, fuel tanks, fencing, and landscaping.
