Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kinston, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Insufficient bids were received for this formal bid to open bids , Project will be re-bid . 1. 150 calendar days following the time set in the notice to proceed. 2. Final completion is 180 calendar days following the time set in the Notice to Proceed. The goals for participation by minority firms as subcontractors on this project have been set at 10%. The project includes the installation of 3 submersible pumps into the existing dry pit, raising electrical equipment and controls above flood elevation (Service Entrance Transformer, Automatic Transfer Switch, 120/208 3-phase Transformer, 120/208 3- phase Panelboard, Seal Water Pump Tank, (3) Furnas Soft Start Panels, Air Compressor Control Panel, Bar Screen Control Panel, Wall Louver Motor Operator, (3) Wet Well Pump NF Disconnects), and installing grating and handrails for operators to reach the elevated electrical equipment
