Engineering and Construction New Build of a Heavy Duty Mechanic Shop Building in Acheson Corner GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, Contractor shall supply all adequate and competent labour, supervision, tools and, equipment, installed and consumable materials, services, testing devices, and each and every item of expense necessary for the following: o design; o engineering; o supply; o fabrication; o field erection; o application; o hauling; o receiving; o handling & unloading; o field installation; o construction; o warehousing; o lay down areas; o assembly; o testing; o evaluation; o quality assurance; o fitting of material. The square footage of the building on ground(main) floor is 13,451 sq ft and the second floor is 1,028 sq ft. TIMELINE: Tender closed fall 2021; contract has not been awarded. Owner has decided not to proceed with this project. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
