Site work for a water / sewer project in Americus, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project contemplated consists of a new groundwater treatment plant, including construction of a pre-engineered metal building, installation of pre-selected and pre-negotiated pressure filters, installation of chemical storage tanks and feed systems, and associated electrical and instrumentation systems. Project also includes installation of approximately 0.5 miles of 4-inch gravity sewer. The Work will be completed in all respects within 215 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform public work, Bidder and its Subcontractors, prior to award of Contract, shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations.
