Last day for questions is September 30, 2021 by 5:00 p.m. Project construction will generally consist of half-street arterial street construction including subgrade and finish grading; drainage facility construction along the corridor include retention basin, storm drains, drainage culverts, headwalls, drainage catch basins, and street scuppers; placement of aggregate base course overlaid with a two course hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement; concrete curb and gutter, vehicular driveway and sidewalk construction; safety rail; traffic signal construction including conduit, pull boxes, cabling, wiring, control cabinets, poles, mast arms, signal heads and indicators, mounting brackets and other associated incidentals; utility conduit trench and installation; street light pole, mast arm, luminaire, wiring, conduit, pull boxes, foundations, ground rods and associated street light system incidentals; pavement markings, signing, and sign posts; landscape plants and irrigation systems; removal of existing improvements; trench and conduit for SRP electrical distribution system underground conversion; 8-inch gas main installation; private irrigation pipes; and other incidental construction and work items normally associated with construction operations. The project site is located along the Meridian Road alignment in southeastern Maricopa County between Queen Creek Road and Germann Road within the Town of Queen Creek, AZ. Each Bid shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein. The Town of Queen Creek reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive informalities.
