This project will include the addition of a 576 square foot workout room and 144 square foot screened in porch. The addition structure will be lean-to construction: Approximate 18' x 32' with additional 8' covered / screened patio Minimum 9'dropped/soffit ceiling including covered patio Full spray foam insulation The workout room amenities to include: 2 customer furnished windows 1 entry door for privacy and reduce walk through traffic 2 Ceiling fans Can LED lighting high speed internet capability phone line capability Cable TV HVAC - evaluate pulling from existing structure Electric - pull all electric from existing structure Exit to Screened Porch: 1 entry door from the screened porch Accommodation for existing entry door from the Ambulance Bay Stock closet : 5' x 10' Stock and radio closet HVAC into the closet Accommodate existing sewer cleanout 1 entry door to the closet Screened Porch: Ceiling Fan Indirect lighting A.
