Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Athens, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Actual award amount: $172,633.50 This contract is for bituminous asphalt paving of the Best Transit parking lot (approximately 7030 SY total), located at 27824 Route 220, Athens PA. The City of Williamsports River Valley Transit currently has an interim management agreement with Best Transit, and as such the City of Williamsport is assisting with bidding this project for Best Transit. It is strongly encouraged that potential bidders visit the project site, to familiarize themselves with the project. A cashiers check or an acceptable bidders bond, payable to the City of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, in an amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid This project requires state prevailing wage rates to be paid to the workers. There is not anticipated to be a pre-bid conference for this project, as the City will utilize the built-in question and answer capabilities. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the Bids and in the Bidding. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened. Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, September 21, 2021 11:00:00 AM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. estimated cost - $75,000 to $500,000
