BID #: 2021-73 A 10% Bid Bond or Cashier's check made payable to the Will County Treasurer MUST accompany your sealed bid, or it will be rejected. Money Orders or Company checks will not be accepted. The County of Will reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received. Should you have any questions regarding this bid, please submit them in writing to Kevin Lynn, Purchasing Director, at klynn@willcountyillinois.com. The Will County Community Health Center, Women's Healthcare Unit, requires minor interior renovations for more efficient utilization of the interior space, translating into better service to the community. The work will occur within a fully operational building; therefore, all work must be performed between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Contractor is responsible to enclose work area by temporary means to fully contain dust and debris. Areas adjacent to the work area must be adequately protected from damage during construction. Both the work area and adjacent areas must be kept safe and clean at all times.
