DFCM Construction-Bridgerland Technical College Air Handler 8 Emergency Replacement Project Description: Due to the failing compressors and relief fan in Air Handler 8 at the Bridgerland Technical College, the rooftop unit requires replacement. The rooftop unit will be replaced with a similar type and the controls will be integrated into the existing building automation system. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
