This is a CM at Risk Project under M.G.L. c. 149A. Masonry, Waterproofing, Roofing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical. The RFQ contains specific criteria for trade contractor prequalification and selection. This RFQ is part of a two-step selection process for the Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the SOQ and then, at a later date, only the prequalified firms will be invited to bid on the category of work for which they were prequalified. All firms must be prequalified for this Project, even if they are already DCAMM Certified.
