Installation of new chain link fence, dead man anchors and associated cable reinforcement and hardware at the location of the existing gate. c. Localized demolition of the existing perimeter block wall and stabilization of free wall ends as required. d. Relocation of an air release valve. A bypass plan may be required as a part of this contract to ensure continuous operations of the sanitary sewer systems unless outages are authorized by the Contracting Officer in advance. e. Installation of a concrete driveway extension from Control Road onto highway A1A and minor modifications to the existing median within FDOT right-of-way. f. Installation of new block wall sections that tie into the existing block wall and allow for installation of new access drive, gate, barrier and associated infrastructure. g. Installation of a new sliding gate and DoD certified anti-ram vehicle barrier with local keypad/proximity access control (gate and barrier). The contractor is responsible for selecting compatible products and materials that provide a fully functional access control system. This system includes, but is not limited to: access control gate, gate operator, keypad/proximity readers with tamper resistant mounting posts, crash barriers and vehicle detection loops. This may require coordination with multiple vendors and manufacturers to verify hardware and software compatibility and functionality. h. Realignment of new asphalt pedestrian path. i.
