Reference number : 1601993 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Matapédia is requesting bids for its project to build a new fire station in Matapédia at 34, rue de l'Église. ELIGIBILITY: Only are authorized for the purpose of awarding the contract, tenders from general contractors holding the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). TENDER GUARANTEE AND BONDS: Tenderers must submit a tender bond in an amount equal to 10% of the tender valid for a period of 135 days following the date of opening of tenders, and possibly exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pledges, materials and services, in the form of a bond each representing an amount equal to 50% of the contract price and for a period extending from the start of the contract up to twelve ( 12) months following the certificate of completion. Only bonds issued by companies licensed as insurers in Canada will be accepted under the documents of call for tenders. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The Municipality of Matapédia reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part and does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, or to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
