Renovation and addition to a medical facility in Kincardine, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,000-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
The South Bruce Grey Health Centre intends to issue tender documents for pricing to pre-qualified General Contractors for a new CT Scanner addition project at the Kincardine Hospital Site. The Issued for Tender documents will be directly distributed to the pre-qualified General Contractors on December 22, 2021, and the Tender period will close on January 26, 2022. Location of the work will be on the Kincardine Hospital site located at 1199 Queen St N, Kincardine, Ontario. The work will consist of partial renovation of existing facilities and new construction of a CT Scanner suite approximately 2,000 sq ft in area. Prequalified Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors as well.
