Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Townsend, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,732-square-foot municipal facility.
This invitation to bid is expected to cost less than ((one million dollars)) $1,000,000. The Port of Port Townsend is accepting proposals from qualified HVAC contractors for the 2021 Pavilion Building HVAC System The project includes procurement and installation of 8-ton and 3-ton split system heat pumps with heat recovery ventilation operating as a dedicated outside air system, to ventilate and condition air within the 2,732 sf building located at 355 Hudson Street in Port Townsend, Washington. Bidders shall not withdraw their bid after the bid opening, or before award of the contract, unless award is delayed by more than forty-five (45) days. A Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond are required. A Proposal Guarantee (Bid Bond) is not required.
