Site work and paving for a civil project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Project no - 2967-01-04/74 Project Funded: Federally Funded with Transportation Alternatives Program. Contract 1: Trail Construction Work of the Project consists of removing existing asphalt surface and providing new asphalt surface, culvert pipe and trail signs as indicated in the project Bid documents. Work of the project shall be Substantially Complete as follows: Construction of the project shall begin on or before 5/2/2022 and shall be substantially completed by 5/27/2022. Final turf restoration shall be completed by 6/3/2022. Prime contractor shall perform at least 30 percent of the original contract amount with contractor's own organization per section 108.1.2 of the current edition of the WisDOT standard specifications for highway and structure construction. Contractor shall complete the Affidavit of Non-Collusion that is part of the Bid Form confirming that the bidder has not engaged in any collusion related to the bidding of the project. For Federal or State funded projects only: Milwaukee County will publicly open bids after Bid due time at 633 W. Wisconsin Ave., 10th Floor, Milwaukee WI. Milwaukee County project bid summary results will be posted online Bid summary results may be available a few days following the Bid Due Date time. Contractors are exempt from employing a minimum of 50% of the Contract labor force with employees that reside in Milwaukee County. Completed LCP tracker Labor Compliance software documentation is required. For Federally Funded Contracts wage rates are established pursuant to Federal Labor Determination and Provisions. Bidders shall submit the completed Subcontractor-Supplier Information Entry with the Bid. Failure to submit this information with Bid may result in rejection of the Bid as non-responsive. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner.
