As of Wednesday, February 15, 2023 , the documents relating to this call for tenders may be obtained by contacting the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669- 7326 or at 514 856-6600 or by consulting the website www.seao.ca quoting the reference number DR23-PUB-014. The documents are available at the cost established by the SEAO. Billing for printing and delivery will be done by SEAO. Plans and specifications are non-refundable. The City incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Any tender to be valid must be accompanied by a deposit or a surety the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total of the tender including taxes. Only those who have their principal place of business in Canada and in the territories covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) as well as the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario are eligible to bid.
