Demolition, site work and renovation of a conference / convention center in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a conference / convention center; for the renovation of a 91,023-square-foot, three-story above grade conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.
Current project estimate is $2.6 million. Bid Documents for CTC Demolition and Restoration, including Drawings and Project Manual, are now available. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities, without cause. A. The purpose of the Project is to restore areas of the Confluence Technology Center (CTC) building, previously used for a data center, to a prepared condition for future office tenant improvement. B. Work includes: 1. Removal of selected data center equipment, and related mechanical and electrical items, for salvage. 2. Demolition of data center related building improvements, including mechanical and electrical work. 3. Building repairs necessitated by removal and demolition activities. 4. Replacement windows and frames. 5. Replacement HVAC systems. 6. Restoration of electrical systems. 7. Restoration of fire suppression system. 8. Removal and replacement of exterior sealant joints at perimeter of aluminum window frames (Alternate Bid). 9. Cut back deteriorated exterior glazing gaskets and install sealant at perimeter of window glazing (Alternate Bid). 10. Installation of parking lot, including earthwork, grading, curbs, paving, site improvements, lighting modifications, irrigation and landscaping (Alternate Bid).
