The City of Vandalia is seeking assistance for Engineering Services for the Preliminary and Construction Engineering for the City of Vandalia ITEP Sidewalk Improvement Project. This project is funded in part by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP). The project consists of the Preliminary and Construction Engineering of constructing an ADA accessible network of sidewalks and appurtenances in order for all residents and visitors to have the ability to walk or bike to the Vandalia School, parks, businesses and other residential areas safely and efficiently. The City would like to see the Preliminary Engineering completed by August 2022. The City of Vandalia is soliciting qualification statements for engineering services to assist the City with Preliminary and Construction Engineering in compliance with IDOT ITEP requirements. The agreement will be on a lump sum, fixed price basis (or cost reimbursement not to exceed basis), with payment terms to be negotiated with the selected Respondent.
