Last Day for Questions: September 16, 2021 no later than 5:00 pm local time Project Scope of Work consists of providing an expansion of the existing park and ride site with asphalt parking areas and drives, concrete curbs and gutters, concrete walks, site walls, all sub grade excavation and preparation, drainage systems including underground storage tanks, furnishing and installing steel canopy structures, furnishing and installing landscape and irrigation and other related incidental work, more particularly defined in Sections 500 and 600, Special Provisions and Construction Plans attached hereto. The Construction Budget is $2,493,119.00. Location of the Project: City of Buckeye, Jackrabbit Trail and Palm Lane. All contractors engaged in City of Buckeye construction shall be licensed in the State of Arizona. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, whose bid conforms in all material respects to requirements and criteria set forth in the invitation for bids. City further reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in the bidding process. In addition, the Bidder recognizes the right of the City to reject a Bid if the Bidder fails to furnish any required Bid security, or to submit the data required by the bidding documents, or if the Bid is in any way incomplete or irregular.
