The Portage Park District (the Owner) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the selection of a Design-Build Team (DESIGN-BUILDER) to Design and Build an upcoming wetland restoration project. The RFQs shall consist of qualifications, experience, staffing plan, and description of similar projects. Three DESIGN-BUILDERs will be selected from the SOQs to submit Financial Offerings. The DESIGN-BUILDER with the Financial Offering determined to be most beneficial to the PPD will be selected to implement the project. However, the Portage Park District reserves the right to interview all or some of the SOQ respondents if it so chooses. An original and two (2) copies of the SOQ are required. To prevent opening by unauthorized individuals, your submittal should be identified on the envelope as follows: STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS ENCLOSED TIMED MATERIAL SEASONS RD FEN WETLANDS RESTORATION PROJECT The SOQ shall be addressed to: Ms. Christine Craycroft Portage Park District 705 Oakwood St, Suite G-4 Ravenna, OH 44266 Bidders shall also email a pdf copy of their SOQ to Christine Craycroft at ccraycroft@portageparkdistrict.org and Joshua Renicker, P.E., at jrenicker@hammontree-engineers.com. The Owner reserves the right to amend the RFQ based on questions and issues raised during the conduct of this solicitation.
