Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Waco project will require the awarded Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances, and incidentals as required to mill existing hot mix streets, demolish existing curb & gutter, place new concrete curb and gutter, install various depths of Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, provide right of way clearing and cleaning. install pedestrian ramps along with small quantities of concrete sidewalks and to provide traffic markers with marking for all streets overlaid. Deadline for questions in 5:00 p.m. CT September 22, 2021 Each submission must be accompanied by a certified check of the submitter, or a bid bond executed by the submitter as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the City in the amount of 5% of the submission. Tentatively, the final selection decision will be made and submitters will be notified of award by October 05, 2021. The City of Waco reserves the right to reject any and all submittals The Contractor hereby agrees to commence work under this Contract on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the Project within 100 WORKING days Estimated Cost is $3,556,481.50.
