The City of Wood Village is requesting proposals for consulting engineering services. We will select a firm to complete a Wastewater Master Plan Update. The Master Plan will comprehensively cover infrastructure, policy, and operations over a twenty-year planning horizon. Additionally, the firm selected for this project will coordinate with a financial consultant hired by the City in the development of financial recommendations and plans that will be incorporated into the final Wastewater Master Plan. Substantive questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to John Niiyama at the address above or at JohnN@woodvillageor.gov not less than five days prior to the deadline for submitting proposals. Notice of Intent to Award October 1st, 2021 Execute contract/Notice to Proceed October 8th, 2021 Deliver finalized Plan June 30th, 2022 The City reserves the right to seek clarifications of the proposed project approach, projected costs, or the assignment of resources, the right to negotiate a final contract which is in the best interest of the City, and the right to reject any or all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
