BID BOND: 5% of Contract Amount PERFORMANCE/MATERIAL & LABOR PAYMENT BOND: 100% of Contract Amount CONTRACT PERIOD: Project Completion Date - December 1, 2022 Final Completion will be October 31, 2022. Work on this project includes the installation of approximately 6,915 linear feet of 30-inch diameter cured in place pipe (CIPP) liner, 512 liner feet of directionally drilled 6-inch water main, 1,638 linear feet of ductile iron pipe water main installed by open cut ranging from 6-inch to 30- inch diameter in size, 223 linear feet of combined and storm sewer ranging from 10-inch to 12-inch diameter in size, related appurtenances, concrete curb and sidewalk repairs, pavement patching, HMA street resurfacing, parkway restoration and all materials, labor, equipment, and incidental work. The Alternate Bid (Open Cut) scope includes the open cut water main installation instead of CIPP Lining on Sherman Avenue.
