Renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project.A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Work includes but not limited to: Water Plant No. 1 : Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat the interior and exterior of the 20,000 gallon Hydropneumatic Tank No. 2; hydromulch seeding and site restoration; and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Water Plant No. 2: Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat the interior and exterior of the 420,000 gallon Ground Storage Tank No. 2; abrasive bias and recoat above grade external piping (including valves and all yard piping); seal perimeter bottom joint to ringwall of GST; replace internal ladder with Saf-T-Climb safety rail ladder; site ratoration; and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
