Q&A Deadline: 03/10/2022 3:00 PM (PST) Demolish existing Digester No. 2, and replace with a new covered concrete structure that is compliant with current seismic and building codes. Build a double membrane gas holder on a slab on grade. Replace out of complaint gas flare with new 8-inch enclosed gas flare that is sized for future capacity, with and without organic food waste digestion The Project includes the following Work: Replacing Digester No. 2, construction of new gas holder, replacement of digester gas flare, replacement of Filtrate Pump Station and Filtrate Pump Station forcemain. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form
