Estimated construction cost- $250,000-$400,000 Herriman City is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide CM/GC services for the Hamilton Well Rehabilitation project. This project is to be designed and constructed in two phases. Since this well is a critical source of drinking water for the City, the well cannot be taken out of service during high demand seasons. Inspection of well damage and subsequent rehabilitation must be performed in the off-peak months from October to April. Due to this time constraint, the City has decided to pursue a CM/GC delivery method to procure a qualified Well Contractor in the Preconstruction Phase of the Project to assist in developing a project execution plan and ultimately perform the work in the Construction Phase of the Project. The proposal process will be managed through the Utah Public Procurement Place Website Herriman City will create and share, via email, a unique OneDrive link for each pre-proposal meeting attendee, proposers shall submit their proposals via this secure file sharing folder. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
