Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work includes: Site Preparation, Detention Pond Excavation with On-Site Spoil Disposal, Drainage Swales, Junction Boxes, Headwall with Wingwalls, Box Culverts, and Storm Sewer Pipes:275 acres of site preparation with off-site disposal of cleared material; 600,000 cubic yards of excavation with on-site soil disposal; 2,600 linear feet of storm sewer pipes and box culverts; 5,700 linear feet of backslope swales with interceptor structures; and Storm Water Pollution Control. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
