Excavation and Paving for the New Sugarloaf Police Department Parking Lot Bidders' certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract price must accompany the bid. Prior to the execution of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish the Township with a performance bond executed by a satisfactory surety, equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The successful applicant must provide proof of liability insurance. Prevailing minimum wage will apply to this project. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Excavate and remove existing roadway and portion of parking area o Move roadway approximately 12 LF away from the new concrete ramp o Excavate new roadway (120'x14') and 30'x40' transition area from roadway to existing township parking area. o Excavate and prepare 20' x 56' area for new parking area at the police station. o Furnish and install 8" of 2A Subbase. Grade, compact and prepare area for paving. o Deliver and install 3 1/2 " of 25 mm Base Course and 1 1/2 " of 9.5 mm Wearing Course for paving area. o Furnish and install 40 LF of 6" perforated Pipe and one (1) catch basin for infiltration area. o Furnish and install necessary topsoil, seed and mulch in disturbed areas and to backup edge of paving. o Price to include handicap sign and all line painting. o Work to be completed to specifications of plans provided
