The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to implement electronic signage (eSignage) devices at OCTA bus stops to provide real-time route information, additional messaging, and images. The budget for this project is $230,000 for a five-year term. All communication and/or contacts with Authority staff regarding this RFP are to be directed to the following Contract Administrator: Donald Herrera, Contract Administrator Contracts Administration and Materials Management Department Email: dherrera@octa.net It is anticipated that the Agreement resulting from this solicitation, if awarded, will be a firm-fixed price contract specifying firm-fixed prices for individual tasks specified in the Scope of Work, included in this RFP as Exhibit A. The Agreement will be for a five-year term. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or any item or part thereof, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The response date from OCTA for questions received by September 3, 2021 has been extended to Monday, September 13, 2021.
