The Premiere-Seigneuries School Service Center declares that it has pre-purchased a screw chiller and a ventilation unit. The School Service Center will assign to the general contractor all of its rights and obligations under the pre-purchase contracts for the screw chiller and the ventilation unit. By submitting a bid, the bidder irrevocably and unconditionally accepts that the rights and obligations of the School Service Center arising from the pre-purchase contracts are transferred to it. The main works related to this project are: This work is mainly of the electromechanical type. Main works without limitation: In plumbing/heating Plumbing/heating demolition work Dismantling of water heating equipment. Heating piping Asbestos removal Etc. Failing to fulfill this request, the contractors will have to assume the costs of accelerating the work to meet the schedule. School period (22-23) - August 15, 2022 to November 18, 2022 The major class cleaning should begin on August 15, 2022. To allow cleaning for the next school year, daytime work in the school will no longer be allowed from August 22, 2022. The major cleaning of the school must be completed by August 26, 2022.
