Regional WWTP & Collection System Project - Five Contracts (2 General; 1 Electrical; 1 Mechanical/HVAC; 1 Plumbing) The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for the following, as further described in the Contract Documents: Contract No. 1 - General Construction: This project consists of the installation of a 0.410-MGD SBR wastewater treatment plant with a headworks building and control building and associated facilities; as well as installation of 2 pumping stations and upgrades to an existing pumping station. as shown in the Drawings and described in the Contract Documents. Contract No. 2 - General Construction: This project consists of the installation of approximately 40,000 linear feet of gravity, low pressure, and force main sanitary sewer piping, low pressure and gravity sanitary sewer lateral installation, 91 collection & conveyance system manholes; manhole lining, and 115 simplex and 46 duplex grinder pump stations, traffic Control, and related temporary and permanent lawn and paving restoration, as shown in the Drawings and described in the Contract Documents. Contract No. 3 - Electrical Construction: This project consists of furnishing power, electrical control work, heating, and ventilation for the project at the WWTP and Pumping Station sites as shown in the Drawings and described in the Contract Documents. Contract No. 4: Mechanical HVAC Construction: This project consists of furnishing heating and ventilation at the WWTP and Pumping Station sites as shown in the Drawings and described in the Contract Documents. Contract No. 5: Plumbing Construction: This project consists of furnishing plumbing at the WWTP and Pumping Station sites as shown in the Drawings and described in the Contract Documents. All questions shall be submitted in writing Electronically. Any and all questions received after 3:00pm on October 11, 2021 regarding the project will not be acknowledged. Questions submitted in any other way (phone calls, fax, email, etc) shall not be addressed. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 121 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
