As of October 23, 2025, the project has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Removal and replacement of all associated swimming pool mechanical room system including equipment, anchorage, piping, all associated electrical and provide new equipment and housekeeping pads in order to provide a fully operational aquatics center. Removal, repair, and replacement of architectural items within the pool mechanical room to provide a clean and updated facility for the pool equipment to be housed and operate. This project is included in the City of Lancaster's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of August 1, 2023, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
