Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Woodstock, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit non-profit housing providers (including non-profit cooperatives), who are proposing to create new transitional, supportive or affordable housing units. The total amount of government funding available is $1,764,100, with a maximum of $100,000 per unit. Based on the proposed funding per unit, more than one proposal may be selected. Preference will be given to proponents that are already in the process of a development project, and have an existing development plan in place. TIMELINE: RFP for non-profit housing developers has closed; no award results are being released at this time. RFP may be awarded to either a single or multiple proponents. Coverage of this report is discontinued at this time.
