Trees under 6" in diameter are to be considered underbrush. The site consists of live standing trees, fallen trees, rock outcrops, live brush and dead brush stockpiled over the years. The hill at the East will have to be cleared of any trees, brush (dead or alive) and stabilized for the installation of the retaining wall.
