Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbus, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department (CRPD) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from qualified building automation control integrators capable of providing Integration services for the existing building level direct digital control systems for the identified buildings (Refer to Appendix I). Currently the Recreation and Parks Department operate and maintain over 40 facilities with varying types and levels of HVAC systems. Accordingly, the existing facilities include varying types of environmental control systems. The successful integrator will work with the department to develop the means for integrating all facilities included with this request as well as future integration of other existing and new facilities. The scope of this request includes the integration of 25 facilities utilizing Reliable Controls and 6 additional facilities utilizing ASI controls.
