Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gretna, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 10/25/2021 project was not yet been awarded. Anticipated award date is next week. Gretna Crossing Baseball and Softball Complex will include the construction of four baseball fields and four softball fields and associated parking lots. The project will also include construction of two concession/restroom buildings in the center of each quad and one maintenance/storage building to serve baseball and softball fields. All required site, building construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work shown in the Contract Documents shall be included under this contract. For Plans and specifications that are to be shipped: 1. Include a non-refundable $15.00 shipping and handling fee for each set of plans and specifications. 2. Submit the fee as a separate check. Est. Completion Date: May 31, 2023
