Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the College facilities. The fourth phase of the Innovation Showcase project includes the upgrades of the interior garden with different levels of wing D, redevelopment of the IT Service/IT department former areas into IT laboratories, repair of interior finishes and replacement of the floor, refitting and upgrades of the student entrance and exit staircase. The project implementation will be phased. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package relating to the redevelopment of the IT Service/IT department former areas into IT laboratories has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Redevelopment Lab Information Technology Programs. Construction started. When subsequent package tenders are issued, they will be followed in new separate reports.
