P12502 Spokane County Requests That Qualified Parties Submit Qualifications PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to acquire the services of consultants with expertise in Sanitary Sewer. THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. SUBMITTALS should follow the format outlined in the request for bid document QUESTIONS regarding the bid process shall be submitted Spokane County Purchasing will respond to questions thus providing all questions and answers to all prospective bidders.
