Per the owner, a firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Village of Indiantown has received a CDBG for a project involving the repaving of approximately 1,500 LF of 22' roadway along SW Seminole Drive between SW Yalaha Street and SW Osceola Street and the installation of a fixed emergency generator to include concrete slab, fencing and electrical work at the Magnolia Street lift station located in the Booker Park Community. Unmet needs that could be added to the project depending on budget availability would include the repaving of approximately 430 LF of 22' roadway along SW Osceola Street between SW Trail Drive and SW Seminole Drive. The Village is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide full grant administration services for the project. It is suggested that submitters do not wait until the last day to submit their submittals in the event of technical difficulties. The Village cannot accept incomplete or late submittals.
