Playground Surfacing Request for Proposal Monroe County Parks and Recreation is seeking proposals for upgrading the current surfacing of our playground to be a complete ADA compliant surface. We would like a colorful space that will tie into our current playground equipment as well as tie in with the surface that will be placed at our outside tennis and basketball court. We will remove the existing mulch and borders. This work is to be completed within 2 months of awarded bid. All work not completed shall result in a $1,000.00 per diem penalty to be deducted from final payment. The Monroe County Parks and Recreation of Monroe County, Georgia, is requesting proposals from qualified Playground Surfacing providers capable of designing, constructing and installing a playground surface.
