The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the W. Pecan Street at Heatherwilde Boulevard project which consists of approximately 900 SY of Type C and D asphalt pavement, 800 SY of 12" Flex Base, 150 CY of flowable fill, 1,141 LF of concrete curb and gutter, and traffic signal modifications. The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this Contract on or before a date to be specified in written Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner and to Substantially and Finally Complete the Work within 90 and 120 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
