The City of Loveland (City) has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified firms (Proposers). The selected Proposer will design, procure, and install a new broadcasting system, which will replace the existing system, that is used for the presentation, recording, and broadcasting of the events (Council Meetings, Commission Meetings, Training Sessions, other meetings) from the Council Chamber. The City seeks a Proposer who can demonstrate organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, as well as the experience, expertise, and qualifications necessary to implement and support the latest technology in audio/visual broadcasting systems typically in use within a city's council chambers. Given the City's current project schedule, it is desired that the audio/visual system upgrades will be completely installed and functional, and turned over to City staff on or before April 1, 2022.
