Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Anchorage, Alaska. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
This renovation project includes finish upgrades. The scope includes replacing toilet room plumbing fixtures, replacing pool bleachers, replacing locker cabinets, replacing finishes and replacing the pool caulking. All existing means of egress paths are maintained. Estimated Construction Cost: Between: $100,001 - $500,000 Bidders requesting interpretation or clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Office (WWPUR@MUNI.ORG). Please reference the Invitation to Bid Number & Project Title. To maintain the project schedule, All Questions Shall Be Submitted Prior to September 10, 2021, 5:00 P.m. This Will Be the Final Opportunity to Ask Questions or Request Clarifications The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days from the time of the opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
