Per the owner, as of March 2, 2023, the design and environmental document contract was awarded but construction on this project will not occur. The owner states that the city commission did not support building the project and the funds have been returned to the NDDOT. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ……………….. The City of Fargo requests proposals from qualified consultants for the following project:Pedestrian Bridge Design and Environmental Document Minority, women-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
