The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract(s) for Solid Waste Removal and Disposal Services to the State of New Hampshire agencies with services indicated in Scope of Services and "Offer" sections of this bid invitation to be ordered as needed during the term of the contract, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. The term of the contract shall commence November 1, 2021 or upon execution by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services, whichever is later, through October 31, 2024 and shall continue thereafter for a period of three (3) years. Upon the public bid opening, the State may, at its sole option, invite several or all Bidders to Electronic Reverse Auction as detailed in Reverse Auction Process section below. The States reserves the right to select the qualified bidder based solely on the initial bid and is under no obligation to perform an Electronic Reverse Auction. Should the State choose to execute their option to perform an Electronic Reverse Auction, final bid prices will be submitted through an Electronic Reverse Auction Event (the date and time of the Electronic Reverse Auction Event will be provided upon initial review and qualification of responses received). As the State May Not Perform an Electronic Reverse Auction, Bidders Are Encouraged to Provide Their Most Comparative Prices in Their Initial Bid.
