Call for tenders 2021-0339-AO: Installation of a CT room at the Cite de la sante hospital in Laval. CONTEXT OF THE WORK This project consists of: The layout of the tomodensitometry room # 2 on the ground floor in room RC.222A, at the Cite de la sante hospital, the tomodensitometry room includes an examination room with to accommodate the new equipment and a space for technicians. The work covered by this contract includes: 1. Redevelopment of the CT room, including selective demolition and reconstruction and all related work 2. Addition of three reading rooms. 3. Redevelopment of workstations Related work o Reinforcement of structure in the basement o Execution of all related work The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architecture, mechanics, electricity and structure) to determine the 'precise scope of work and required protection measures . The work consists of, but not limited to: o The supply of all permits other than those for construction required, including related documents; o The demolition of the elements; o Temporary works; o Containment work relating to infection control; o Containment work relating to user safety; o The openings; o Coordination of work according to the phasing and schedule to be provided by the contractor; o Participate in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings on request; o Waste removal; o Daily and final cleaning of the site; o The supply of documents relating to the documentation and the closure of the site. The contractor is required to prepare his bid in accordance with the regulations currently in force in connection with the pandemic of the Covid 19 virus. (CNESST guide) WORK SCHEDULE For the ground floor: Work that does not disrupt the peripheral activities of the establishment may be carried out during the following hours, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The other (noisy) work will have to be done early in the morning before 7 am, in the evening and on weekends. No tolerance will be accepted before or after these working hours. Ditto for the basement: Work that does not disturb the peripheral activities of the establishment may be carried out during the following hours, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The other (noisy) work will have to be done early in the morning before 7 am, in the evening and on weekends. No tolerance will be accepted before or after these working hours. Service interruptions must be coordinated with the technical service department at least 5 working days before the intervention. All service cuts will be made in the evening, at night or on weekends, depending on the impact on the functioning of services and day-to-day operations, without compensatory costs for the Contractor. (APPENDIX I) WORK SCHEDULE Respecting the schedule is the very essence of this contract. The contractual timeframe for the work is (24) weeks from mobilization to the site, excluding vacations and statutory holidays. WORK PLANNING See architectural plans for the phasing of the work.
